........... untill the border, will land in a road and camp under the wing of my Bat for 5 days. Havent been this excited in a long time. Leave early bells Monday with the Bathawk loaded to the top. puff

Klein ,sorry i didnt get past your neck of the woods. A huge thank you to my Bathawk friend in Musina. Tough tough trip on the way there, couldnt see where i was going for most of 5 hrs ,fuel low and eta longer than contents.....had to slow down big time , but it worked (landed with a bit of juice left over) very hazy high .... and then the bladder burst :oops: but to see baobabs , hornbills ,mopane trees and make a fire out of descent firewood made it all worth it. The flight home was armchair stuff, the sun behind me for four hours , the scenery only to marvel at, so lucky to be a part of it all. My Bat really such a lakker aerie, kind of like a 4x4 - if thats what grabs you!
