Radio Frequency: Aero57, Ingwe & Eagle Creek

Postby Loco » Wed Jan 30, 2013 4:05 pm

Hi guys

I currently have them as:
Aero57 ( 25°54'4.36"S 28° 4'55.00"E) ---> 125.25
Ingwe ( 25°53'46.92"S 28° 3'10.91"E) ---> 125.0
Eagle Creek ( 25°54'27.01"S 28° 2'10.11"E) ---> 125.0

Why is Aero57 on 125.25 when it's within 1.6nm from Ingwe and 2.5nm from Eagle Creek?!

Or are they all on 125.0?

Thanks!

Aero57 is used by Flo for training, just to keep the freq less busy.

Thanks so 125.25 is correct?

Can you perhaps help me with runway details on Ingwe?

Yes, 125.25 is correct. Takeoff rwy 36, land 36 or 18.

Rwy 18 is uphill, you pass through trees on the left and right hand side of the runway. You need a little more power to fly up the runway. 36 I cannot give you a lot of info but you have to clear some trees and power lines and it is then downhill landing. I am still busy training so I have only landed on 18.
