Weight Shift Getaway

Hey all you "hangers" out there. Lets revitalise the weight shift fraternity in and around JHB.
I have a farm, under the Magaliesburg general flying area, no restrictions and not a lot of air traffic with great views of the "berg" and fantastic scenery to explore (on the ground and from the air!)
Tell me what you want and I'll set up your own destination here for you to visit.. chalets, lodge, ablutions, great food, great walks when you are not flying and unrestricted airspace...
Who can tell me what legalities I will face in getting this off the ground for you to enjoy?
