Its with a heavy heart I am putting my beautiful ZU-CEK in the market, or looking for a 50% partner
This trike is based at Kroon airfield, Pretoria, and has always been hangered since I have had it. it has a valid ATF till 03/2020
The trike currently has 610 hrs on, with the 600hr decoke done about 45 hrs ago.
Its never been in an accident.
Its got a blue top Rotax 582
It has a BRAND new Aquilla 2 wing on, with less than 10 hours on it now.
News seat covers
2x NEW sets of panniers
NEW fuel tank
New warp drive prop with 45hrs on it
I will also throw in a Gripa tie down set and a few other accessories like a balance charger for the battery, wing bag etc
The trike has a skydat GX2
SIGTRONICS intercom (an amazing piece of kit designed for high noise environments).
ICOM A6 radio
Will also throw in a garmin GLO bluetooth GPS, perfect for using it with your favorite NAV app and phone/ipad
Its up to the buyer to collect/move the trike from Kroon airfield should you buy outright.
I am looking for R70 000, but this is negotiable.
Its a reluctant sale, as I work abroad I do not get to fly her enough, or the alternative is a partnership.

Morning....please find below a copy of a mail my AP has sent me back regarding your trike. Please can you shed a little light on her engine maintainance. Who is your AP. Can we speak with him regarding engine log and exactly whats been done and where it is up too.

Looks pretty. Normal for Jhg trikes.
Not happy with simpke de-koke at 600hours. From experience, no 582 gets past 600hrs without needing a 1st oversize rebore. 900 hours is limit for 582..so at 630hrs you've only got 270hrs before crank replacement. But my concern is the de-koke without rebore.
Best is to buy a 582 with low hours. They come up..
[21/07, 21:59] 582 also needs major strip down and inspection at 600 hours. Where are all the engineering specs measured at strip down. Barrel Skirt, mid and crown measurements, same for pistons, thrust washers, crank run-out, big and small end bearing play, gudgeon pin, small end bore etc etc.. Simple de-koke is not what is in the maintenance schedule."
