Is this a rebuilt trike? See Connie's previous trike's wing is on this trike with the wheel spats. This wing is definitely not brand new!!! I personally flew many hours alongside this wing. What frame is this?? Just asking.

However Im surprised somebody as knowledgeable.as yourself cannot recognise a Scout Cart.
