Hi pit bull, hoop jy het jou antwoord gekry. Die foto dui maar net aan dat die Cheetah op vlugvlak 100 nog teen 100vt/min klim teen 65mph en die enjin doen steeds 3000 rpm. Ek was alleen met omtrent 30-40l brandstof. Ek weeg so 130 kg as die weer mooi is en met kaal voete.

Because my AP thinks so. Has not been properly tested though. Incidently, I believe that the trylam get damaged more by the baking effect in hot hangars than by the sun. Have any one else had a similar thought.

What year model is this cheetah? I ask because my try lam is 9 years old and not a tear or scratch anywhere -- discoloured ontop of the wing yes from sun, but always hankered, and the heat in the hangar most definable does not damage the try lam. Its thermal scope is -25degC - 15DegC PLUS surface temperature - i doubt your hangar ever got that hot that the try lam reached its themal ceiling

The problem is that the plastic film on the trylam becomes brittle and starts to separate from the woven material, form small bubbles and then tears off when the airspeed approaches "Mach.9." The woven portion of the material is still strong and I am not concerned that it will tear at this stage. The plane is a 2006 model. The problem is mostly limited to the orange parts while the white and black sections are ok. In summer the temps inside the hangar reaches 45 C even though the walls are 3,6 meters high with a pitched roof.
