HI Oupa, good to hear. Post some pics and specs please.

For those who don't know, Oupa replaced the old fuselage with the latest Safari airframe.

Oupa-G,

Would you kindly post some pics of your Safari, when you have a moment? Always interesting and rewarding to follow what you are doing! Thank you.

I have had many requests to start writing again and I will.

Hi it has been a long time not writing lot of things happened I had a bit of a CAA depression changing my engine and airframe and then I went from CAA to RAASA all very tiring The building making new engine mounts making the Lycoming fuel injection with the dual Eboxi's Making a new inlet manifold fitting dual injectors removing the header tank and replacing it with an Andair valve ,welding a new exhaust etc was exciting to do and very rewarding and easy.

CAA queried my class I medical I sent them all my medical reports however when you are 73 they requested a Biokinetic evaluation when I asked them for the criteria they could not answer me .Every querie takes three months with committees and boards etc it took me 18 months and lots of tests to prove I am not yet a doddering old man So I'm back in the lefthand seat of the New PC12NG full glass cockpit and good for the brain to exercise.

OTT is a great success 100 hrs of absolute trouble free operation

I am going through a very busy time before Xmas but when I'm on holiday I will do a daily post and will discuss all the different systems the most important aspect is the removal of the header tank.My camera was replaced by my cellphone and I have to get an easy way of uploading making the foto a smaller size before posting.

I see this site is still listed at the top and I will refresh it

Cheers Oupa-G
