Hey Vaughn ! Sad to see you want to sell the Challenger, but I understand it. The Kitfox is waiting for a build number, till then I cannot do much................ :(

MAN !!! It is a helluva job to get the Rotax 618 silencer to fit inside the cowl, without reducing the length thereof. The length is critical for the correct performance, but a plan will show itself :roll: :roll:

When I got this project someone had already built and covered the wings, the fabric work was not exactly to our standard. I at first thought to try and salvage the fabric by "doctoring" it , however today I noticed that the top skin was joined spanwise just behind the glass fibre leading edge :shock: :shock: :shock:
Mense !!! I am sure the chap that did this did not realise what he was doing :!: After opening the wings..........errrmm... taking the fabric off I was glad to have done this, there are a couple of mistakes that need attention.
Now I will have some peace of mind when they are finally covered and painted.

Hoe lyk die airie se fuel tank's Jean, ek het n fuel tank gebars in vlug. Moes n paar goed vervang na die voorval JOCKY was heel bo aan die lys :shock:

Hans, die tenke lyk OK, maar dit se nie hulle is OK, ek gaan hulle met petrol volmaak en met so 0,5 bar druk toets. Wat stel jy voor ?
