I forgot to take pics but the wings are being covered. Doors, roof windscreen, door windows, all have been fabricated. Bootcowl is fitted and ready for paint. Alli parts now being prepared for final painting. We are a week or so behind due to workload but the guys are catching up fast.

Hello Stefan,

I've send you an email regarding my request to fit a horizontal panel dock for Garmin area 500 on instrument panel.
How is the project going?

I was hoping to fly it before the winter in SA but time getting short now.

I do not like cold weather so it will be interesting to see which of my feelings win this time.

" Not like winter or itching to fly my new plane"

I am happy so far with project and keep on waiting patiently.

Regards
Albert.

Hi Albert,
the wings are being painted and final assembly and engine installation will begin next week. I will attach a pic here of teh 500 in SBP. We installed it in the roof and is a perfect place for it.

Engine in, cowls being fitted. Panel off for cutting. Most of the interior has been done. Waiting for the lift struts to come out of the paint shop before we can fit the wings. Albert, you need to think on a colour scheme. Now is the time....bietjie bietjie.

I visited KFA yesterday to pick up a header tank for the Cub. Stefan took me for a tour of the factory and I was very impressed. Baie mooi Stefan, voorspoed met al die huidige en toekomstige projekte (^^)

Albert, this kite is something to be proud of. Job well done by Stefan and the team (^^)

Thanks Thys good to read your comment.
Stefan I will send you an email about the color scheme.
may be you can send me a few sample pics, I was thinking about yellow and white.
I am not fussy about the color scheme as long it looks good though.
Stefan please advise.
Thanks.
