PERIS JN-1 SOLD

I took over this Peris JN-1 fin Dec 2012. Work was started from plans some time ago and it has been standing. All papers signed to date. All wing ribs are made as well as main and back spars. I will fit Rotax 503DCDI with 52" prop.

The Nancy Peris JN-1 designed by Jim Peris. 45 known completed around the world. Single seater. Constructed from wood, foam and composites.

Now what happened about changing the windscreen design.......so it does not act like a airbrake ? Also what's the fuel tank possition that you have decided on buddy ? Just asking as it's late and I'm board......... :-)

The fuel tanks will be in the wings and not under the dash as in original design. Will use the new bladder type tenks. Windscreen will be changed to a more rounded shape. Sanding and filling nearly complete, then spray undercoat. Took deliver of the instruments and complete 503 yesterday! Mount engine and start cowling! (big job!) Still need to design and manufacture the undercarriage. Aluminium or carbon fibre ?? Paint ... cammo or lue and yellow ?

I suppose one of the hardest decisions is cammo or blue and yellow !!!

You asked about the gear I have about four prototypes that I did not mention on my site before the final sexy gear you can possibly have a look it may fit your plane.
