Air frame without plans.

Hi to all you clever Flyers,
I bought an aif frame and wings without plans, and I am troubled to identify it. I have contacted a person in the USA who he has said on the Home builders web page that he has biult a J6 Karatoo and it flies like a dream.
I have forwarded him his photo and he assured me that this is not a J6 Karatoo. What now???
Can some one here is the RSA please identify this project. I attach a photo.

The fuselage is that of the karatoo. A few years back when I started flying I heard of this guy at Heilbron who built planes. I met him and paid him money up front to built me a J6 Karatoo. He built the fuselage and already had the wings built, I think it was for a Aviatika or something, but never finished the project and gave me back my money.He built two of these Karatoos and I think Jan Kemp bought the other one and it is now flying.
