FLIGHT MEDICAL PROTOCOLS FOR CLASS 4 MEDICAL

1. Does the same stringent medical protocols apply to a class 4 flight medical as for a class 2 where there was a historical issue with cancer (now in remission)?
2. If cancer treatment was concluded môre than 10 years ago (now in remission for the past 10 years), is there still a requirement to submit histological reports and follow up reports for a class 4 medical?
