Good Morning Guys.

I just want to get more clarity and transparency round about the "Dark Art of Instructing in a WCM." If a pilot has >200 hours as PIC what are the steps for example in order to qualify as a WCM instructor and what are the differences between a Grade A,B and C instructors

1. <200hrs as PIC
2. Minimum 2 Years Experience, what sort of experience because there is a difference between a pilot that has just been flying around the patch and a pilot who has done major cross country's i.o.w. flew in different weather and scenery scenarios?
3. Medical requirements, is a class 4 sufficient ?
4. How does age affect currency in terms of annual or bi annual check ups?
5. The frequency and nature of flight tests?
6. What is the minimum "Patter" requirements?
7. Any advanced ground school and exams to be done?
8. Last but not least, more or less what are the cost's involved?
