SACAA: ZU-AZP Accident report outstanding 2009

Postby kloot piloot » Tue Sep 14, 2010 10:17 pm

Dear SACAA,

I had an accident reported to you pertaining an engine-out at FABS on 10 January 2009 on aircraft ZU-AZP.

Numerous calls, enquiries and beggings on the outcome of this accident have been ignored by you. Thus my fall-back on a public forum.

You have my call-sign, you have my report, therefor you know where to reach me.

Your earliest response is awaited.

If you go to www.weboonline.com/misasa/ you will find a complete listing of aircraft accidents and incidents from 1 January to end August 2010. For details on 2009 see the contact details for Alex Rudd and phone or eMail him for a confidential sharing on progress. Alex meets with the CAA on a weekly basis to follow up upon outstanding matters.

Thanks Alanmack,

This matter has already been escalated to CAA in 2009 and it would not be in my interest now to take it up with Alex, unless he wants to take it up with me on behalve of MISASA or as a SACAA representative.

Untill then I am awaiting a SACAA response.

Regards
Roel
