Gyro renewal

Postby FO Gyro » Mon May 09, 2016 5:59 pm

After a 3 1/2 yr sabbatical, renewed my gyro licence today with Louis. vhpy

Have been flying a RV9A in the interim, but have missed the gyro characteristics. RV is boring if you have nowhere to go. Unfortunately the RV9A is the non-aerobatic version, so you are confined to trying to watch the scenery over the plank which gets in the way.

Well done Glenn, I will add that you had not forgotten a thing, and that not only were your take off's and landings perfect, your procedures were spot on.
I was privileged to spend an hour with you last week and trust we will see more of you in the future vhpy
