Could anyone comment on the condition of Mabula's landing strip and facilities? I am going there in June for few days, and am considering flying there.

The person responsible for the runway at Mabula is Angie. The direct line to their office is 0 one 47347one37.Give them a call before you take off,and they will keep the runway clean for you.

Hi Tjoek,

Seen the runway in February with our trip to kunkurru - condtion is good. Agreed, contact the lady first I'm not to sure how microlight friendly they are.

Most of the lodges in the area seems to be anti for the sake of the animals.

Seen the runway three months ago. It is a huge grass patch - about 40m * 1200 m, and in good condition. Haven't seen any hangers and don't know the conditions of flying there yet. Also keen to find out.

Thanx to Garmin:

Also going there from the 14 th June - I think. Maybe we can meet for a beer if there the same time
