Quentin. The book is called Freedom Flight by Alan Honeyborne and Ricky De Agrela. I got mine at Exclusive Books for R174, I have seen it at other book shops.

Just finished reading it (Freedom Flight). Mine's borrowed though. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It's a must-have in any microlight pilot's library.
