Recommendations for MPL in Cape Town

Greetings fellow airheads,

Long time no post. Oh well, here goes...

I've been dormant with powered flying for a few years, after doing much powered PPG and PHG flying (wheeled weight-shift trike).

In the interim, family and other things have happened.

I'm now wanting to get back into flying under power, in a manner that it is easier to take the SO and sprogs along when I desire.

I'm thus considering doing an MPL (weight-shift, as I feel like I already "know" this form of flying), and am looking for thoughts in general, and recommendations for training in/around Cape Town. Time is a limiting factor, so a field that I can reach more easily will be a strong drawcard.
