Feedback from Polaris on how the FIB Handle
To fly the FIB , take off and landing and air manoeuvres also in turbulence , is really much more easy than a normal Trike on land ! FIB wing is very nice and stable .
But you will need a fast training on taxing with strong breeze , and take off with big waves . Starting to make some flights in light breeze and calm water , and maybe making some fast taxing without wing on top of get confidence in water . How is your "sea water " experience ? You know ...for flying the FIB at sea in reality you should be more a sailor than a pilot ....

Sorry couldn't resist
True imagine getting airsick, you can't just land, you have to endure sea sickness as well on landing before you can get the solid land
On a more serious note, would these planes not be subjected to the same restrictions that floatplanes are. I understand it is quite difficult getting permits for float planes because of the risk of carrying water borne diseases and invasive plants from one dam to another.
Anyone got more information
