PLEASE ADVICE BEST NAVIGATION APP

Hi Guys.I need some advice about the best navigation Apps to use with a Tabloid (iPad or Samsung) & which one (Tabloid) do you recommend. I did't fly for a couple of years and realized that GP's are quite obsolete at this stage.
