Hey all!

After these last couple of visits to JHB, and the WONDERFUL time I had with all the folks I met, the following:

We just signed a new contract with National Depsrtment of Transport (RTMC) for the at-scene (response-based) investigation of VERY serious accidents across the whole of South Africa.

To this effect, we will be doing many such investigations in and around Gauteng, Limpopo, KZN, Freestate, etc. We will also need to be in Gauteng regularly for debriefings, meetings, etc.

Since we (currently) stay in Cape Town, we will need to travel EXTENSIVELY up and down to the Big Smoke...

So, the softness and I decided it would be best for us to re-locate to Gateng, where we will be "closer to the action."

But, my one and only visit to Harvard Cafe played NO role in this decision, and the EXCELLENt flips with Demon, Dark Helmet and RV4Ker also played NO role - and I will always deny it.

Anyway, we need some help with finding a cool spot.

I want to stay somewhere half-way between JHB and PTA.

Alberton is nice and close to Rand Airport and Midrand close to Grand Central, so...

We want to hire a 3-bedrom place in a complex of sorts, or perhaps a bigger place on a "farm" or plot?

Can anyone make recommendations for where we should look and what we should pay?

I KNOw JHB is NOT CT, but we are currently in a 2-bedroom complex on the Milnerton Racecourse, paying a mere R 2.5K per month!

Can you okes help us out and guide us?

We intend to move in Jan/Feb 2007...

Neat, clean, "Afrikaans/English" secure complex infested with single softness would be perfect, but if asked I will deny I said that!

Yeah right, you get the evidence about the softness's and do not bring them to the velt, you move to jo'burg and deprive us of another fine conno'something of beer and you expect me to take you up in 'MY PRECIOUS'. Nee broer, we will have to discuss this over a couple brews first.
