I know this should possibly be under the accident section.

Somebody's holiday did not start too well down in Ballito .... personally I'd cry myself into a stupor if that was my aircraft :-(

:( :( Ai-jai-jai I just saw this on Avcom. man I feel terrible just seeing that mangled aircraft. I sure hope he is insured.
