Porra has Aussie wings

Postby Porra » Sat Jul 04, 2015 7:55 am

Well, its about time! After two and a half years I finally decided to do it. Some R12 500 later (yes, that's what it cost me to convert my SA license to Aus and i have some 466 hrs of which about 160 are as instructor), I am now legal to fly weight-shift in Australia. Going to take a while before i convert my 3 axis too but at least i can get airborne again. Thing is, all the SA pilots that move to Aus have all stopped flying so I'm a little skeptical. Time will tell. For now, I'm going to try get up into the air as I'm having withdrawal symptoms.
