Finally - the Eagle has landed!!

At last, I did received my helmet as ordered and paid for on 22 October.
although it took 34 working days instead and not 10 working days as promised...

I'm very happy with the product and its very good quality and craftsmanship, Paul and his team just need to pull up their socks on the customer service side of the business.

I would recommend them if you are not in a hurry.

I am waiting for the balance of my order which is paid for.
Not a word from Air Magic. Not a call, or a sms or a mail.
Ek gaan nie gatkruip vir dit wat voor betaal is nie, as ek nie my bestelling ten volle ontvang nie sal ek my prokureurs opdrag gee om hulle te dagvaar en aan die einde van die dag gaan hy/ hulle vir regs-koste ook moet instaan.
Ek is gatvol vir swak diens !!! EVKOM, SAUK, SAP die hele goverment en nou Air Magic ook.!!!

I don't know whats up with Paul from Air Magic - but his service is really bad - and one is forced to believe that he is not worth dealing with - seriously regretting having bought his equipment - ## (**) (**) (**) :(> complete and utter shambles. If any one has got a spare Rabbit antenna - I need one - one of mine broke off....

I tried to get hold of them when I had a problem with my Air Magic system and needed spares. I gave up after many calls and e-mails. Bought another type of intercom
from Helen at The Pilot shop in Durban..................

Ja Boet now you knoes why i use the kreepy krolly pipe , we cant talk to other aviators but we can talk to each other on the Windlass . And i can by the parts , a plastic pipe by the local coop , if we sukkel wif spares for our farm machines we take our money to somone who gives service and keep you on height of progress for service , no more Massey furgoson tractors , no shell chem or diesel , die thunders want to mine in our karoo and service is bad , no fonjong our taiwon goods its mostly rubbish and now no air tragic as no service , ons noem hulle sommer boere verneukers , i put them in the lion camp with the tame lionwyfie , service is garenteed vra maar vir jan saad , hy weet nou beter xxx witwillen no toll no air tragic no bad service ## ##

Ordered 2 custom headsets in Oct 2014. No answer to emails for a while, feared the worst then got my order late Dec 2014 after a long wait. Workmanship excellent. Lots of complaints from guys at my club regarding customer service. Sounds like Paul has other work and is now doing this stuff more as a sideline...

The majority of what was paid for has not yet been received.
I did receive Yellow earphones, I have ordered blue ones. :shock: ( Blue Max wants BLUE earphones and BLUE helmits.)
On 9 Jan Paul promised, (by E mail) that he will send blue earphones. Nothing received yet as on 17 Jan.
"Please accept my apologies and this week I will do my best to deliver" This promise was made on 5 January.
On Thursday 15 Jan I manage to get hold of Paul after having made a few calls. Eventually the phone were handed to him by his daughter.
Paul then promised that he can only send me a pair of BLACK helmits. ( I ordered Blue ones.) And he will change them for Blue ones at later stage.
It is very unlikely that I can believe any promisses being made.
How can Air Magic receive money from clients and then afterwords not be able to deliver.?? :shock: :shock:
I am waiting almost three months now and have been on a few fly-outs without the gadgets that I was looking forward to use..
Frustrating.
Be warned. !!!!
