As EAGLE was the originator of the Bantam thread, he deleted it in its entirety. Now, Nic has had ample opportunity to defend himself, he has chosen not to... I simple ask "why"?

Good instructors always speak well about all flying machines.
Bad instructors speak badly about machines they cannot fly.

Second hand Arrow copter for R2 Mil, jeesh, what a bargain? Can you imagine, the Nic's Deposit on this one is going to be at least R200000.  and it is non-refundable.

Hi all

I dont know if this is the right place to post... but here goes:

I am the owner of microlight ZU-DOU. Its a northwing trike. I gave the trike to Nic to sell about 2 years ago. It had a bit of accident damage. He agreed to repair the trike and to sell it. The agreed price to me was R120K and he could mark it up for whatever he wants. He picked up the trike from me.

He contacted me about 6 months ago and advised me he had a buyer. He asked me to sign CAA forms for the sellling of the trike. Now I cant find the guy, or get a hold of him. I also cant find my trike and I also dont have my money...

What recourse do I have - Any suggestions or idea how I should proceed... I dont know what to do anymore...

His phone numbers for the last month no longer exist.
Why are there such evil people in the world?

Any advice would be appreciated... Should I open a case of theft? What must I do?
a simply complicated individual... :P
