Fit Zulu's after market plastic bib which fastens to the bottom of the visor.

Hi Goatman,
A helmet with visor keeps the wind off your face and from blowing on the microphone but does not do much for engine noise.
The bib extends your visor and helps to keep more wind out of your face.
For that you need to fit a big fat sponge over the microphone.
Google micro-light helmets in SA and you will find helmets with cut-outs around the ears that can be worn with most headphones.
Peter.
