HI Anthony

I do hangar there, but since last year November my aerie was at Petit and currently at Kitty. So i have missed out on some latest news :lol:
R12mil? That wont budge, not in these economic times. Especially when put on auction (hmmm ?? :cry: )

It will be a sad day if the runway is closed.... hope the new buyer is also an aviation freak !!!!

Just to clarify some info posted
My name is Werner and the current owner of Aeroden Lodge
The lodge will be going on auction and will be sold as a going concern
All financials and relevant info will be available to serious bidders only after
signing confidentiality agreement with the auctioneers. There will be a reserve price
Reason for selling :Owner in process of relocating
