Why is it necessary to have closed the meeting at 7.32pm. The more votes the better the overall outcome.

To those that do not aree with the system used, I have a few comments:
1. MISASA took a vote 2 years ago that the electronic media may be used as an official manner of communication
2. The MISASA website holds the responsability for conveying the electronic message to all members of MISASA, as does MICROLIGHTERS.
3. Notice of this meeting was placed timeously on the MISASA website and in MICROLIGHTERS.. It therefore carries that this is an official meeting and the finding must stand.....
ASIDE COMMENT 1: In terms of the numbers, this may not be seen as fully representative of the membership, but everyone had the opportunity to "make their mark".
ASIDE COMMENT 2: This meeting has been held in terms of the MISASA consitution. In short, if you are unhappy with the results, you should have attended and should have voted. I agree, 12 people is certainly, not a convincing number of attendees.
