Back in Bristol after being up in Cwmbran arriving there last night and driving back this afternoon. It is pouring here with some strong winds and a bit of flooding about!

Have to set off early tomorrow for a 05h00 checkin time for a 07h00 flight to Nice, I guess it will only be a few pints tonight!!

Nice is awesome. You land by approaching over the Med, when coming in from the East, passing Monaco and Cannes. Check out the view on the beach:-

Keep in touch and let sus know what you are up to, what you see and where you are. There are only a few of us that are keeping this thread alive.

First day of the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) Asia 2007 conference and exhibition. Lot of interest in our parking giudance system and people counting solutions so this should be a trip that results in a lot of positive business.

Had Fish-head Curry last night and went to Eadt Coast Lagoon Food Village tonight followed by my favourite, Haagen Dazs!!

It is about 32 deg C with 97% hunidity so the days are really hot. They have two softdrinks here called "Anything" and "What-ever"; very clever for those who when asked what they want to drink answer either "anything" or "what-ever". Clever marketing!!

If there is anyone who is in the know, where are the hot spots here at night????

OK, I can report first-hand now:-
1. Orchard Towers on Orchard Rd is the place where all the prostitutes hang out (scary - watch out for boy-girls!!!)
2. Clarke Quay is great
3. Boat Quay is OK for something to eat

Back in the office after being off with pink-eye for nearly 2 weeks! Didn't know that it could be so bad, but at least it is clearing now.

Next trip is 10 to 22 September to HKG, Taipei, Beijing and back to HKG. Watch this space for details.

Herewith a pic of 2 SA women that we met at the show in Singapore. The other photos are too risky to post here!
