WHY SO LITTLE INTERACTION

Avcom comes from aeropages days and was not very active then either. Seems the CAA,WX, ATNS etc charges have given Avcom a push in right direction. Many of the Avcom guys are employed or have access to IT real time 24hrs (ADSL, DIGINET etc), thus they post plenty. (I drive a computer when not driving the RV or doing site inspections on ADSL so I have real time access, thus high post rate & like to talk K@K .) Telkom sliced the ADSL lines while doing upgrade last week and I have been dialing up since then and I had forgotten how tedious that was. (Wife happy as Ebay purchases are down significantly ) Am sure if you look at those with permanent internet they will have higher post rate than those who do not.

Also there is plenty of Non aviation BS (Fun if you have the time) on the 123.45 channel.... Bottom line, enjoy it. Forum is what you make it.

I have a hectic weekend coming up so I'll only be able to join you all next week when I'm back at work.

Have to take some 30 kids on a weekend camp and entertain them with all the normal boring stuff like Quad biking, abseiling, map reading, fuffy sliding and obstacle courses, you know all the normal stuff of camping.

Basically the EAA road show is when we have as many NTCA aircraft fly into one location to have a oogle at each other Aeries and just a general day of fun and Aviation.
