NAV Lenght for MPL

I need to know what lenght must the nav be before you do the solo one and how long must that be. Where can i check up please.

Must be 90min or more with min of three legs and atleast one outlanding.

Done that first one today started earley and was back home by 11:00.

It got a bit bumpy on the return trip but the Bantam handelled it well.
