HELP Find A/C Owner

We have a Aviatika a/c in a hanger at Rhino Park REG: ZU-BDL
As per Avdex the owner is P. Collins but the phone number is not opperational. I am intrested to buy the a/c but unable to trace the rightfull owner.
According to the records he is somewhere in Cape Town.

My distructor has done plenty of training and he says they are undestructable and aerobatic.

i have flown the single and 2 seater...the single seatter is a 10 times better plane than thee 2 seater and the fly like a dream...very responsive...just an absolute dream to fly.....the single seater is the best...must be one of the nicest miicrolights i have flown
