Probably because of the limits imposed by NTCA aircraft and TCA _ experimental versus non ?? i wouldnt imagine that TC aircraft have more engine outs, BUT changes in technology lately (912 engines) have changed the sport dramatically - same as NTCA are not supposed to be flying over built up areas... night flying for us will remain a no no for a long time i imagine..
