Hangar needed at Morningstar

I urgently need to rent a hangar on a permanent basis at Morningstar. It must have enough space to accomodate a 3-axis MAC-CDL (similar to a Quicksilver). Due to the kingpost, the minimum height of the hangar door must be 3.5mts. Please phone 082-6788901 or (021) 556-9256 (a/h).

Did you know that ...

Things to know :? In the 1400's a law was set forth in England that a man was allowed to beat his wife with a stick no thicker than his thumb. Hence we have 'the rule of thumb' ------------ Many years ago in Scotland , a new game was invented. It was ruled 'Gentlemen Only...Ladies Forbidden'.. . and...

Weather Forecast

I've come across a weather forecast site that gives 3-hourly wind predictions: www.windguru.co.za

Has anybody used it? If so, how accurate is it?

Morph - Advice Please

Hi Greg. I would really appreciate your technical expertise on this one. Yesterday I started my 503 and she run beautifully for about an hour. I then decided to install a new On/Off switch and cable (old one was rusty). After this I couldn't start the engine again. Before I installed the switch I te...

Re: When to know its time to quit your dream

Hi D20. You might think that things couldn't get any worse but think about it for a second. When you had a car accident, you could have been killed! When you 'goose-stepped' your aerie, you could have died! The fact that you are alive and you can talk about these incidents proves that things could h...

The Joy of Flying

I went flying yesterday and a poem that I read a long time ago came to my mind: And the air is crisp and the wind is keen, And the clouds are filled with a silvery sheen, It’s the finest sight I have ever seen, For there’s nothing on earth so fair. For now we’re up in the air my lad, We’re care-free...
