Was a well organised event. Atc was friendly and accomodating ( thanx Evette) Lovely runway with lots of parking. The cars, the food, the bar and the big screen was top notch. And after the rugby, the live entertainment started, till the wee hours. Complimens to the whole team involved. Lots of Jabb...

At Kroon it was like a tumble drier Went to Brits and it was smooth as baby bums....... perfect. Took off from Aeroden in a tumble drier, but as soon as you clear the turbulence created by the mountain (when blowing from the south), the air becomes manageable. Aeroden windsock gets severely affected...

Flying anywhere close to Krugersdorp is now an issue.
Climbing to 2500 ft over mrs plessie now puts you in the Lanseria control area !!!
