Re: Magni M22 for sale

Now let's see... Paulus promissed his wife a washing machine / tumble drier if she would let him buy a Calidus. He also promissed her a ski holliday to Italy in exchange for the permission to become the proud owner of a Calidus.  If he does not get his price on the M22 he will no...

Re: RAF 2000 now only,!!!!!!!!!!,

Tell you this much as far as the Rand/Euro/Dollar goes nowadays  you are going to have to go very far to beat the local guys when it comes to putting a gyro in the sky at the price mentioned above! (^^) What are you prepared to pay for a gyro and what do you expect in exchange for your bucks....

Thanks Lennie! Jip the leap has been made. I have disembarked my Xenon on my profile and embarked the Calidus (^^) Now we just need to get the woer woer here so that I can check out her legs! Hope you managed to get space on the SAA flight back to CT for that humongous trophy you received at the Aer...

Thank you!

At the Aeroclub of SA awards evening last night I received a golden wing award with guys like Weidie amongst others for having the privilege of being involved with sport flying! We are a vain spesies and enjoy awards. But awards are so much more special if it involves recognition by your peers. If y...

" Kyk hoe kyk sy vir my !! " Stientjie smile breed...sy like !! (^^) (^^) Vic is more concerned about figuring out the sun shield. Maybe to see if it pulls right down to cover the entire windscreen so he can give her a "druk" away from the prying lens of the camera. Hey Vicki ! Enjoy your Ca...

Re: Tandem vs Side by Side; Perfect vs Ideal.

And here is my good flying buddy Vic Venter taking ownership of his brand new Cavalon last night. Vic and I started flying gyros together back in 1998/9. We had Magni no 4 and 5 in South Africa when Butch Brown just started his agency. There were one or two VPMs around but the Rotex 914 was the new ...

Re: Tandem vs Side by Side; Perfect vs Ideal.

Jip MAK...and suddenly you wish for a lighter pax, less fuel, a smaller pole and a more powerful engine! The air is like soup and your gyro becomes sluggish. All the H's; Heavy, Height, Hot, Humid = Heaven or hell. (-) Whirly... I flew her only once at Kitty Hawk and liked it. Then I flew he...

Re: Tandem vs Side by Side; Perfect vs Ideal.

Forums are fantastic to just share chatter but more so if we can pick up pointers from one another. I would really love something like a " Kloppers Corner" where we can throw questions at someone who is regarded as a top instructor on gyros. I personally have something like close on 2000hrs on gyros...

Len...what a boytjie! Now you are getting to the issues I was hoping to get you to touch on! I have always regarded you since my very first " clear prop" as the rotornut to take note of. You see, you know and understand the flight characteristics of each and every gyro around. Your approach to train...
