Have you not been in contact with Mirak, I believe he is a test pilot rated on KR's maybe he will fly it for you. I had the same problem with mine, couldn't find a test pilot and eventually had to fly it myself. If you can do a high speed taxi with the tail up you should be okay. If your really keen...

I seem to have the same problem, the VP1 I have is 278 empty so need PPL to fly it. Have asked Andre from CAA to re-look at the classification as it was done years ago….will let you know if the outcome is in our favour.

I had the same problem on my 503. Changed the needle & seat's and problem was sorted (these need to be replaced every 150 hours). Also make sure the breathers are not blocked.
