Unfortunately not the same as the Lexan which was supplied with Sonex kit. Looking through the polycarbonate things are distorted and difficult to see clearly. Does anyone know of better quality lexan available. Need a sheet of around 1.5 m x 1 m.?

Does anyone know where to buy the little jacks (male side) on headsets? Large ones are freely obtainable but smaller ones seem to be a problem.

Maybe someone can take some photos. I used two flat sided pieces of steel I ground and smoothed out as levers. Quite simple really once I had struggled a bit.

Thanks for all the advice. It worked. Lots of patience, sunlight soap and much grunting. Once the bead has moved then it seems to go OK but that was the hardest part in getting the tyre bead to move on the rim. Very careful in doing this as the rim can easily bend or the tyre tears.

Does anyone have any experience in getting off trike tyres that are stuck to the rim? The rubber and the aluminium seem to fuse. I took them down to the local tyre place eventually. They removed the tires but now I need new rims
There may be a trick to do this.......
