Comet Aviation should have them. Bike shops also. I prefer to run either resistor plugs or resistor caps. Not both together but I know almost all Rotax 2 strokes here run both together. I have the wooden jig and a set of plans for making/bending the leading edge slats.
If the wings have the brackets protruding from the leading edge that attaches to the slats, then its not too difficult to bring it back to original spec.
