What are the empty weights of your planes, what climb performance do you get at Gross Weight? What altitudes can you cruise at @ gross weight. My MkII is 203kg at last weight and balance. Nothing much has changed since then, so it...

Hi Griffin, 20 lts/hr sounds a bit high to me (unless 2 really big okes and trying to fly fast, which t-birds don't do well). I've just got back from Dragon Peaks flying solo most of the time. Average for the whole weekend (±15 hours flying) was 17 lts/hr. I have a stratomaster fuel flow thingy, ...

I think the Trike display was excellent. A lot better than last year even though there were a lot less planes. But you could see that the guys went out of their way to give a brilliant show, with the smoke from the wingtips and the bogroll-cutting... Excellent guys. You really held our name high! =...

Hey Duck, Great meeting you... As you say, rather interesting flight home   My landing was one of the scariest to date. Started roundout at about 3' and got picked up about 20' by a HUGE rotor. Applied power and waited for the sink. Finally managed to get her down in one piece, and pla...

Did a quick 0.5 this afternoon to check everything still works after doing my 25hr services. Bit windy, but smooth up there. Buzzed Iflyhi's house, but he ignored me :(

...As always: Early adopters might score on price/entry but also run the risk of teething problems. Later adopters might loose on price/entry but might have a more mature product/market. I do not know how many of these aircraft have been sold world wide, so do a bit of home work. I did quite a bit ...

Gents, Have a chat to John Waterson. He's very accomodating. I ordered kit#2 + tundra tyres, upholstery kit and water carb heating system. However, since I plan to install an EFIS, I didn't want any of the instruments or electrics. Not a problem... John took the cost of them out of the kit price. On...
