Re: TOPLESS WING QUESTION

I must admit, these topless wings do look pretty sexy! There must be a major difference in the "feel" of the wing though. Re: TOPLESS WING QUESTION

Solo Wings are not making Topless wings for the Aquilla anymore. According to me Solo Wings never made the Topless wing. They worked in collaboration with Jenya who supplied them the topless wing. My plane was one of the first New Aquillas to be fitted with the topless wing supplied by Jenya. Compa...

Re: ANNUAL KLIPRIVER WINTER BREAKFAST FLY-IN 23 JULY

Thanks to the organisers from the Microland Trikes (4). Once again you chose a nice crisp morning but the fire surely helped. Free coffee and hotdogs! Not too many fly-ins where you are treated to these. (^^) Thanks also to Comet and Action Cameras for the sponsorships. Well at least we know where t...

Re: Bushveld Weekend Destination.

Oom Paul,

The new hanger looks great. (^^)
Wish I could spare the time to come and visit you but it is just work, work, work on my side.
I guess I should say thanks for lots of work but you know what they say about all work and no play...

Hope to see you soon.

Re: Competition Flying update - Starters Masters Petit Airfi

Thanks to Mervyn, Herman and Etienne we had a lot of hard work, flying and fun.
One day I may leave the nav seat and try my hand at the flying!
But after the 36 second fast circuit with Lucas flying - how will I ever get there?

Hi Peters,
I think the R450 is for both you and the navigator.

Re: Competition Flying update - Starters Masters Petit Airfi

Nr 4 "Smokey Jo" Hannes is lazy and not in his own plane but flying as navigator with Lucas.

Looking sooooo forward to this. Hope the wind a bit calmer than last year in Heidelberg.

This is more a leaning experience than a competition.
will be lots of fun!

Re: ZA - NAM 2011: VULTURE SQUADRON

Looks like reasonable weather on Friday for your route until about 11am. Looks like about 1:50-2:00 hours to reach Vaal Reefs and then another 1:45 to Bloemhof area. Nice stretch... This is at about 8am Friday. Friday 22 April 8am.JPG But at 11am Friday... Friday 22 April 11am.JPG What time do you i...

Hi Guys,

Hope the weather is good. I'm in Worcester for work and the weather here is clear skies. Hope same for you on your trip.

I envy you and should have arranged to come with but...

Fly safe and enjoy the wonderful scenery at Fish River Canyon.
