Re: TECHNICAL TRAINING RAFSA

Fantastic effort by RAFSA. We were fed and looked after for the 5 interactive days and the time just just flew past!

Great to meet and listen to the original RAF designer, Don Le Fleur.

Learnt a lot, laughed a lot and had a great time! :-))

Re: the law surrounding part 96

Dave I recently had to take down my web site because it had the word scenic in it. Imaging telling Steers that they cannot have the word Tasty in front of their burger advertising - people want TASTY burgers! People want to be taken for SCENIC flights and the objective should be, that it is done saf...

Re: Instructor and AP seminar - Kitty Hawk

I don't think it is a good option to change things at this late stage.

It is sufficient at this stage that people are thinking about it and that it can be discussed and given due consideration at the seminar.

Flight booked...

Re: Instructor and AP seminar - Kitty Hawk

Dave No need for body armour and thanks for at least replying. If you read carefully you will see that it was a request and requests can be declined. If the request is declined then there must be a reason for it being declined. We are fortunate that we can debate this on a forum and it is important ...

Instructor and AP seminar - Kitty Hawk

Howdy all These two events are paramount to the survival of gyros in SA and ultimately SAGPA. Safety and training is the king pin of continued operation and all instructors and AP's should attend. In fact I feel it should be mandatory for all instructors and AP's to attend such a seminar on an annua...

SAFETY IS AN ATTITUDE AND REQUIRES PARTICIPATION

Howdy all This tragic Alldays accident resulting in the fatility of two pilots has caused a reaction to some imperfections within the gyro industry. There were a few things that should have been dealt with before this accident and if we as a community want to help ourselves then we need to understan...
