Finally got the Certificate of Registration done. Hopefully we will be able to test fly it some day soon once covid19 madness is over.Plane has been waiting since January to test fly.

Hi Goose, build has progressed very well, little slow as I have been doing my CPL licence and IF rating.
Plane is 95% complete, last 5% of the build is taking the most time. All small fiddle work but getting there.Engine run up is done. MGL Efis unit powered up and tested.

I am looking for the drawings to make up the radiator mounting brackets for my CH701.I am using the rotax ring mounting and unfortunetly my plans only show radiator mounting for the old style of engine mounting.Possibly this drawing would also be in the CH750 plans.

Good progress this last weekend. Right hand wing closed up and riveting completed.Now to do the wing tip fitting and inspection hatch in the wing tip.

Hi Goose, yes am back building now that the broken leg is useable vhpy .I had a set back on the 4 fuel tanks which had to be redone with thicker material even thought I followed the plans.Wasted 2 sheets of 0.025 6061, any way tanks are now done and fitted. Short update on the build. The 4 fuel tanks have now been welded and pressure testing commenced. Sorted out a few tiny leaks so hoping final pressure testing finds all welds sealed. So the plan to start fitting tanks in the wings is now on hold sadly. I have been run over by an uber taxi here in the...

Hi Goose, following the Zenith video of this upgrade the total flaps is still 15deg but now have the option of 5 and 10 deg. With the original flap control it was 0 or 15 deg only. I know the savanah goes into higher flap deg numbers but I have stuck to info that was given in the video promotion of ...
