The BB Explorer tailwheel frame, build, painted, assembled with upholstery weighs 189kg-195kg. This excludes the engine, prop and instruments. Die enjin se minnimum groote is 100hp. Maar jy sal verbaas wees oor hoe min gewigs verskil daar werklik is. Die grootste faktor gaan die drag wees a.g.v die wyer body.

The saplanes site is working 100%, we moved servers a week or two ago so that might be the probl. Try pressing shift refresh at the same time or ctrl refresh. See the manufacturers section and follow the link.

Good news Chris is that we are building the first factory Jabiru powered Explorer. I can see no reason why the combanation won't work. There is a lot of kitfoxes and Apollo foxes flying with the same setup. I think the two major factors influancing performance is the cowl design and the prop. We wil...

It is the 912 option. There is nearly 100 Bushbabies flying in South Africa and 140 kits sold. You can be rest assured of the quility and safety of the aeroplane. This aeroplane has been arround for over 15 years. Happy Flying(I sent you a e -mail)

We have a locally (SA) manufactured covering system that we use on the Bushbabies. Much cheaper than imported stuff and have proven itself. I Know some Koala's have Bushbaby wings on. Give us a call, we can definately help with some of the stuff.
