Hi Carel I had the same choice 2 years ago and went for the conversion to 582. It was worth every penny. The first time you take up a passenger on the Reef altitude you know it is worth every cent. I did the conversion myself and as far had no problems at all. In total with a new propeller it worked...

Hi Cobra First of all...I am not frustrated by Rotax or at Rotax or at anyone working at Rotax and my issue is not with them. I just recently bought a new 582 from them and yes my ATF is valid and current. My frustration is with a system that has failed us...the recreational flyer. We feel let down ...
